This web-based management portal gives user’s an overview of all communication activities. Access voicemail messages, review call history and recordings, access SMS text messages, view contact information, see all coworkers’ presence status, and so much more.
SMS TEXTING
ESI eCloud PBX™ users can initiate chat and/or text conversations with external contacts and customers directly from the eConsole dashboard. SMS messages deliver quickly and allow for faster responses from the recipient than with emails. Outgoing messages appear from the users’ business number, and when someone outside the organization replies to the SMS message, that reply will pop up within eConsole.
